Le Mervetty

Le Mervetty is an artsy marvelous French Pastry shop located in the heart of Beverly Hills on beautiful Canon Dr. Although Le Mervetty first opened it's doors to the public on Valentine's Day 2014, owner and creator, Etty had began designing these amazing desserts and supplying locals in private parties and events long before. It wasn't until her first big event early in 2012 with BMW of Beverly Hills, that she fully realized the potential of the meringue concept taking off in Beverly Hills.

After months of dreaming, the store was masterfully designed by Etty with a mixture of inspired culture between the ballet legend Ana Pavlova, and a Marie Antoinette "Let Them Eat Cake" feel. When you walk inside Le Mervetty you see the sights of elegant white walls and the smell of fresh just-made meringues, caneles, croissants, and the finest melted imported chocolate. The meringue concept, originally birthed in France has been perfectly crafted and brought here "Etty" style. Not only will you find the famous Merveilleux dessert (meaning marvelous- whipped cream filled meringue) you can also find their grandest piece of art work- the Royal Ana Pavolova cake. There is an array of assorted Macarons made with all organic fresh ingredients, macaron towers, miraculous mervetty milkshakes, boxes of luxury chocolate creations, bags of fresh meringues, caramel, french toast, waffles, pot of French orange tea, green tea Matcha, and a variety of the best illy brand coffee beverages.

Le Mervetty welcomes people from all over the world who appreciate sharing the love of sweets made in style. They've been involved in the Beverly Hills community and happily do specialty events from royal weddings, to birthdays, baby showers, and so much more. Etty is known to have ballerinas dancing in front of the store and decorating the sidewalk- you can be sure to always be surprised when you come here as everything here is a true piece of art. The passion of authentic baking is truly present here and you will taste the love baked into. Le Mervetty transports visitors to France as soon as they step foot in her store. All the girls that work there where white tutu aprons , with black tights , and pink ballerina shoes (All designed by Etty herself.) Walking past Le Mervetty, you’ll see bakers making pastries from scratch in its windows, it's hard not to stop in for taste.
